Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
During launches, pre-orders, or sales, processing times may take slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is processed.

Shipping Times (Estimated)

Canada: 2–7 business days
USA: 4–10 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on holidays, or carrier delays.

Pre-Order Items

Some items in our collection may be offered as pre-order.

Pre-order campaigns last 6 weeks.
Pre-ordered items ship approximately 1 week after the campaign ends.
You will receive email updates with the progress of your pre-order and estimated shipping dates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can follow your package at any time using the carrier’s tracking page.

If tracking information does not update immediately, please allow 24–48 hours.

Address Errors

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information.
If the address entered is incorrect and the order has already shipped, TURAYA MOVE is not responsible for lost packages or additional shipping fees.
